Numeris Data

Branding, mise en page, UX/UI

Numéris Data, a publisher of software solutions for professionals—particularly in the field of CSR—needed a visual identity that could evolve with its services and adapt to the diversity of its audiences.

The main challenge was twofold: to facilitate instant brand recognition while ensuring optimal readability across all media, whether digital, printed, or integrated into its applications.

To address this issue, the logo was redesigned while retaining the distinctive elements of the previous version, thus ensuring visual continuity for long-standing customers. The shapes were simplified for greater adaptability, particularly for smaller formats such as icons and favicons, while incorporating symbols representing connections and networks. This approach provides a visual representation of the interoperability of the software solutions offered by the company.

The color palette and typography were chosen for their accessibility (contrast verified for color blind users and screens) and readability, with strict standards for consistent application across all media, from technical documents to digital tools.

To accompany this redesign, a series of sales documents were created, specially tailored to the sector-specific needs of customers (agri-food, local authorities, catering, pharmacies). Each brochure was designed to highlight the key features of the software packages, organized by specific use cases. The modular layout of the templates facilitates future updates, such as the addition of new features or regulations, while meeting the technical constraints of printing and digital delivery.

The content has been customized for each sector, with examples and technical keywords highlighted, in order to precisely meet user expectations. The formats have been optimized to be lightweight and compatible with professional standards (PDF/A), ensuring smooth and seamless distribution.

This rebranding also led to a redesign of the interfaces for the Tereo application. An added goal was to reduce the learning curve for professional users, while respecting the technical constraints of integration with Numéris Data's existing systems.
A design system was developed based on reusable components (buttons, forms, tables) to speed up development and ensure a consistent experience.

User testing validated accessibility (WCAG) and the efficiency of the user journey, ensuring that each element of the interface met the habits and needs of business users. Screen optimization was a priority, with smooth loading even on slow connections. Navigation was designed to be intuitive, with menus and priority actions strategically placed based on field feedback.

This project enabled Numéris Data to implement a consistent and functional visual identity that could be applied directly to its customers without any disruption. The commercial documents, designed to be usable without modification, reduced requests for corrections and simplified the work of the teams. As for the Tereo application, its interface was quickly adopted by users, with a high satisfaction rate for its ease of use. A collaboration where every design choice was guided by practical needs and technical constraints, resulting in a solution that is both elegant and operational.
